PDF Micro Tools

Privacy Policy

PDF Micro Tools ("we", "our", or "us") operates a free, browser-based utility service. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our strict client-side (in-browser) processing architecture.

Effective Date: September 2026

1. Local Browser Processing & Zero Server Storage

  • Client-Side Execution: All file processing tasks are performed entirely within your web browser using local technologies.
  • No Server Uploads or Storage: Your original files and result files are never uploaded to or stored on our web servers or hosting infrastructure.
  • Zero Access: We do not receive, view, access, or store the contents of any files you process.
  • Direct Downloads: Result files are generated directly inside your browser memory and downloaded straight to your device.

2. Advertisements & Third-Party Services (Google AdSense & Others)

  • Free Service Support: To maintain our services for free without requiring paid subscriptions, advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense, may be displayed on the website. (Third-party advertisements help us maintain these free tools and provide ongoing service to users.)
  • Complete Separation from File Processing: Advertising systems operate through a completely separate data flow. Because your files never leave your browser, your file contents are never shared with, exposed to, or provided to advertising services.
  • Cookies and Tracking: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on a user's visits to our website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or adjusting your browser settings.

3. Automatically Collected Technical Data

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) may automatically collect standard, non-personal technical information (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps) strictly for security, performance, traffic handling, and service optimization. This technical data is completely unrelated to your processed files.

4. Contact Form Data

If you voluntarily submit inquiries via our Contact page, the information you provide (such as your email address and message) is used solely to respond to your request and is processed separately through our third-party form provider.
